In which countries can I have my orders delivered and how long does it take for the order to arrive?
We ship to 2 countries in Europe. View our shipping page for delivery times per country.

What are the shipping costs of my order?
The actual shipping costs will be shown in the checkout. The costs per package and per country can be found on the shipping costs page.
My company is located at a residential address, can it be delivered here?
Post.nl delivers business to a residential address.
I am not at home on the day of delivery, what are the options?
Post.nl requires a signature from the recipient at the address provided for business shipments. An order can therefore not be delivered to another address. It is also no longer possible to change the address. Post.nl will deliver the package again one day later. If no one is present in this case either, the package will be delivered to a depot for collection.

Can I return my order?
The Distance Selling Act applies to contracts between a business and a consumer. As a customer of Vendorline Mattresses you enter into a business agreement. We therefore do not process returns.
How do I deal with a damaged order?
If your package has been delivered damaged, we ask that you contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt of the package via [email protected] nemattresses.com. We would like to receive an e-mail with invoice number, photo of the package and a photo of the damaged item.
I have not received the correct item, what now?
Our packages are always carefully checked. If the wrong item has been sent, we ask that you send an email to [email protected] within 72 hours of receipt , stating the invoice number. Add a photo of the white sticker with the article code or the barcode of the article and a description of the article to this email, so that we can solve it for you immediately.

I want to order more than the maximum quantity indicated, how do I do that?
The maximum number you can order is our current stock, which is indicated on the website. If you wish to order a larger number, please contact us via email ( [email protected] ) or chat for the possibilities.
I cannot pay for my order. How do I place the order?
In most cases, this problem is related to the browser or the cookies. With this problem, we request that you delete the cookies during checkout or choose a different browser.
How should orders be paid?
We offer 8 different payment options. Namely iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE), Maestro, VISA, MasterCard, Klarna, PayPal and a bank invoice. More information about this can be found on the payment options page.
Where can my invoices be found?
After placing the order, we will send the invoice by email. Your invoices can also be found in your account under 'My account' and then 'Order history'.

I have forgotten my password, what now?
You can request a new password via 'forgot password' or send an email to [email protected]
I am not liable for VAT. Can I also create a business account?
Even as an organization not subject to VAT, you can create an account at Vendorline Mattresses through the small business scheme. In the Netherlands we only check the Chamber of Commerce number and not the VAT number. Our foreign customers who fall under this scheme should tick this option in their account so that they do not have to provide a VAT number. This applies to small entrepreneurs, the self-employed and, for example, to schools, foundations, associations and other non-profit organizations.
I want to delete my account, how do I do that?
This can be done by sending an email to [email protected] with the request to delete the account.
